Sometimes, you just have to think of yourself. You have to be strong for yourself. You have to realize that you're a great person and a great friend. No one knows what is not and what is meant to be. What's good for us and what's not. You fight for love, and yes it is worth fighting for, but know that sometimes you can't be the only one fighting. You need someone to fight for you too. If they don't, you just have to go and move on and realize what you gave them was more than they were willing to give you. Eventually and hopefully he will come around and figure it out. Just keep on fighting until you can't anymore, and then BE FOUGHT FOR.

RANDOM KWENTO
*I was harassed by an old man two days ago. True story guys. I was at Hollywood with a friend and we went to this store to grab a snack. Then the cashier, also the owner of the store, a super old guy with thick eyebrows and all, called me "MY LOVE" with his freaky italian-ish accent. Here's the catch. He reached out to me and rubbed my arm three effin' times! I didn't get mad or anything naman. He would say pa "You're so sweet, my love. You're so sweet." Gumalang pa rin ako sa matanda. haha. I kept on saying thanks, just smiling at him, asking for ketchup (which he forgot 'coz he was too buzy with me.) then I heard a ring on my head when he said, "I'll give you discount, big big discount." I eventually paid alot more less than I supposed to. Yung tipong $6 naging $2 na lang. Oha! SUGAR DADDY!!! Anyway, I went back to him kasi I needed ketchup. He kept on saying sorry coz he forgot, he gave me a couple of sachets of ketchup, reached for my hand naman and rubbed it like there's a genie that would poof out. Dang. Me and my friend went out of the store to eat but he couldn't resist it, he went out too, lit his cig and watched us eat. Oh well. I saved FOUR BUCKS. What the hell.
NEWS BLUES.
*I'm still in shock with the post that my old schoolmate posted. It's about this 13 YEAR OLD DAD in BRITAIN! Geez man, geez. To know more, click here.
*Chris Brown, I still can't believe what you did to Rihanna! (Though I'm not a fan.) He beat her up really bad, he even bit her!!! It's all over the news here. UNBELIEVABLE.
HUSH. HUSH.
*Uhm to those who know about the billboard, ehem. I have it na!!!

Finally I had the chance to see the movie! Thank God for online streaming! It's amazing!!! The cast can really sing! One helluva cast!! JIM STURGESS is HOT HOT HOT! (Jim is the lead actor of the movie 21 --cool movie too!) I didn't know that he CAN really sing. Boy, I'm in love. . .
The movie's a musical by the way, and here's the catch, they used the BEATLES' songs!!! It's really genius of them to remake the songs and put them all into one film. The story's great and it made me appreciate the BEATLES' music more.
This movie is for musical lovers and Beatles' fanatics. If you love MOULIN ROUGE, you'll love this too..
After watching the movie...
*You'll love Jim Sturgess like you loved Ewan McGregor
*You'll appreciate the song HEY JUDE and forget that it's one of the most repeated songs that you're uncle sings on KARAOKE.
*You'll learn about the VIETNAM WAR.
*You'll wish you were a HIPPIE. haha
*You'll be a BEATLES fanatic, realize that John Lennon's a genius and wishes that he's still alive.
WATCH THIS WITH YOUR PARENTS. THEY CAN REALLY RELATE WITH THE ERA. :P
IF YOU WANNA WATCH THIS ONLINE, PM ME. I'LL GIVE YOU THE LINK. :P
Here's a clip of Jim Sturgess singing "SOMETHING" (One of my favorite songs/scenes) on the movie, ACROSS THE UNIVERSE.
Everybody has their say about Philippine politics and I guess you all know my stand on this. Ever since Erap stepped down and Gloria was announced as the new president I knew and felt that it just won't work. I have better knowledge than most people about politics, my mom does government projects from here and there. My aunts and uncles and even my lola transact with them. I have family members who are in politics, from kagawads to ex-mayors... In short, we have heard about all these political crap.
You see, I really got interested with politics. Everyday, whenever my mom goes home she always tells us about the latest in the biz. In family gatherings, my lola would say how much the "midget" got from this gov't project, that her husband owns this and that, her sons gone wild at some casino and stuff... I have heard it.
Lahat corrupt. True. There's no question about that. I guess it's not about who's corrupt or not it's about sino na ang SOBRA. Kung sino na ang SAGAD-SAGARAN. Sa sobrang tindi, wala nang kahihiyan na tumigil sa pangungurakot. It's sad actually considering she's a woman and not only that she's my kababayan. (I'm also from Pampanga.) I have learned to love this country. I've lived here na for more than 10 years and kahit papano I have the Pinoy spirit.
JUN LOZADA
Finally one tough man to come out in the open. He's not a perfect guy but I admire his courage. I just hope that his revalations will help us open our eyes, make us stand up from our seats, make us go out, unite and speak out on the streets. I know it's scary nowadays to go out and rally but if all of us who believe that we can make a change and just let our voices heard then maybe just maybe she would listen and (i hope) step down her throne.
Yeah I know about the process, the impeachment blah blah but c'mon, MONEY MATTERS dude.
A bag of 500,000 pesos coming up!!!
I am also bothered about Friendster. It's been a week now since I've been trying to post about Jun Lozada and his nephew's blogsite sa bulletin board but I don't know and I hope not but Friendster won't let me post it. Hmmm don't tell me that the Leprechaun has control over friendster now. It's just weird coz I can post other stuff like surveys pero ung about kay JUN LOZADA hindi pwede i-post. I think Friendster is pro-GMA. :P
Well good thing there's MULTIPLY (naks) I know I can post whatever I want here. :)
By the way, if you wanna know more about Jun Lozada's message to all of us and his nephew's insights about the whole ZTE thing and about his opinions about politics and politicians. Here's his multiply: http://voltz1129.multiply.com
My message to the PINOYS
Where's our makabayan spirit? The so-called Bayanihan? Where are the values that we brag about whenever someone asks about Pinoys being special. Has it all drained down to the sink? Have we lost it? Are we just afraid? We all know that she has powers and the money but let me remind you that she's just one small lady. Heartless for making Pinoys suffer like this considering she's a mother, a grandmother. Nevermind her being a wife because we all know that they are not together with FG but how does she sleep soundly at night?! How can you take millions of people hating you?
Get involved. Don't just sit there, do something.
By the way, did you guys know that I love going to rallies? It just gives me the rush being in a place together with all kinds of people having the same principles and fighting for it. Do you remember the EDSA 3? I was there! The joy of it talaga priceless!
He's one of the few men that I admire in this dirty country next to Francis "Chiz" Escudero. I admire his courage, his bravery, his principles and his love for the for the country.
What he did earlier really shows how dedicated and pursued he is to fight for the rights of the people. The only part that I disagree about him is that he always goes to hotels to do this. Remember Oakwood? He should have done it in some other place. (Poor Manila Pen, I go there pa naman kc they have good food.)
The whole day, I didn't do anything but watched the news. Inis pa nga 'coz sa ABS and GMA late ang feed ng news. Good thing there's cable and watched at ANC instead. Then when things got a little worse, they had to cut the shows and televised it na. By the way, I have to congratulate ABS-CBN for doing a superb job in covering the whole thing. They were there all through out. CES DRILON and PINKY WEBB didn't leave Manila Pen even if they were told to do so. Even if they got arrested for no damn reason! Grrr.
Guns were fired and tear gas were thrown to Sen. Trillanes' group and the Media. Tanks had to drive in and break the doors and walls of the hotels to exaggerate the whole scenario. Sad but look how powerful Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is? See how paranoid she is to impose CURFEW? How scared she is that the whole PNP, AFP, Marines are in full RED ALERT? Just because of one brave guy, just because of one voice that started this. This guy that stood up, marched, voiced out what millions of Pinoys want to say. This guy.
Here's a little info about Mr. Trillanes' background.

Whatever happens to him, if the government will put him to jail or kill him or whatever I am truly happy, I'm really proud that for once I've seen a hero. A hero that I won't only hear from my teachers and a hero that I would only read from history books. But for once, I've seen a hero with my own two eyes and witnessed this kind of love and bravery for this country.
I'd also want to applaude Bibeth Orteza for being there with Sen. Trillanes. She's a woman with cancer and I won't forget her saying this kanina, "Ako ay isang babae na may Kanser, mamatay na, pero hindi ba mas maganda na kung mamatay ako ay dahil sa ipinaglalaban ko ang aking bayan?"
Yes guys finally she's coming here! Ahhhh..... I've waited for this for a long time! My favorite Christina Aguilera is showing off her talent to the Pinoy crowd!!!
After seeing some music icons like Michael Jackson, Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, BSB, Brian Mcknight, Boys II Men.... Christina Aguilera is one that I shouldn't pass!!!
Let me quote this article I found on the net:
Christina Aguilera to stage RP concert in July
SUPER pop siren Christina Aguilera is rolling in with her entourage of 88 people and 20 truckloads of stage fixtures, props, costumes, and effects for the Christina Aguilera Back to Basics Tour: Live in Taguig concert. The stage is set for July 6 at The Fort Open Field in Bonifacio Global City, and is slated to be one of the biggest productions to be staged in the country in years.
Wildly inventive
One of the most accomplished performers of the last decade, Christina Aguilera has sold over 25 million albums worldwide and cultivated a fan base that crosses generational, racial and gender lines. Now, segueing from the audacious sexuality of her second studio album, Stripped, the chameleon-like performer pays tribute to the music that has inspired her with her latest album Back To Basics (now available locally under Sony BMG Music Entertainment). A modern take on vintage jazz, soul and blues from the 1920s, ’30s, ’40s and beyond, her third studio album is wildly inventive, whose throwback style creates a sound that’s gritty and raw. “This is a concept album that follows a bold vision,” explains Aguilera. This double album, utilizes an orchestra, choir, string quartet and jazz horns.
Feat repeat
Aguilera’s backstory is well-known. A native of Staten Island, the pre-teen began performing in local talent shows while growing up in Pennsylvania. In 1992, after appearing on “Star Search,” She joined the cast of the Disney Channel’s “The New Mickey Mouse Club.” In 1998 Aguilera’s song “Reflection” for Disney’s Mulan led to a record deal with RCA and the release of her self-titled debut album in Summer, 1999. The album quickly hit number one on the strength of its first dance/pop single, “Genie In A Bottle” and other chart toppers including “What A Girl Wants.” It was a feat she would repeat the following year with Mi Reflejo, the smash Spanish-language version of her debut, followed by her hit holiday release, My Kind Of Christmas.
In 2001, Aguilera joined forces with Pink, Mya and Lil’ Kim on the smash “Lady Marmalade” single and video. That eye-popping slice of ear candy kept her front and center in the international spotlight even as she began, slowly and steadily, to lay the groundwork for her second album, Stripped. Released in October 2002, it sealed her status as an international superstar while transforming her previous squeaky-clean image into a fully sexualized woman with lots on her mind.
Along with the superheated funk of the album’s provocative debut single, “Dirrty,” came such standout tracks as “Beautiful,” “Can’t Hold Us Down” and “Make Over.” Earning her first of four Grammy Awards in 2000 for Best New Artist, her subsequent trophies came in 2001 for “Lady Marmalade” (Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals) and in 2003 for “Beautiful” (Best Female Pop Vocal Performance). Among countless other honors, she is also the recipient of a 2001 Latin Grammy Award for Mi Reflejo (Best Female Pop Vocal Album), a 2000 Billboard Music Award for Female Artist of the Year, and two 2004 Rolling Stone Music Awards (Best Female Performer, Readers’ Pick; and Best Tour, Readers’ Pick, “Justified and Stripped”).
